Inspired by Stanley Kubrick's seminal film The Shining (1980), McQueen Named his runway after the hotel in which the majority of the film was set. "The Overlook" was a meditation on loneliness and the dilapidation of the human spirit. Animalistic howls and storms of snow whirled around frostbitten ghostly models clad in cobwebs and gothic motifs, recalling the tragic outcome of the narrative.

This angelic chunky cable knit midi dress features an intricate woven knit pattern that exudes McQueen's unparalleled craftsmanship.
